#5. SHISEIDO MAKEUP BRIGHTENING CREAM- This cream is basically a colorless face primer.It uses shimmer bits to create a soft and dewy look. It’s well worth $32 but it’s a little harder to get at your local drugstore however quite easy to get online. It’s perfect for wearing alone or under your makeup!

My advice is to always read the labels. Be careful about what you put on your face! Some creams are actually banned but yet somehow end up on the shelf.
