What did I Expect for toner? I used to use them for balancing pH level because the experts say so. When I bought this toner I realized my expectation for toner could be higher. This toner like serum balances well, also give a radiance on my face. My skin type is oily and dry. I want to give nutrition for the skin but sometimes it’s too heavy.
